Privacy Policy / Terms of Service

Your relationship with us is a private matter. We do not sell or share your information. We do not retain credit card numbers in a database available to others.

School Leavers Policy:

• References to school shall be portrayed in a positive or neutral regard. Elitist Clothing will not print anything that portrays a negative image about a school. References to a school will not be printed if such references may potentially be conceived as being negative towards a school
• Elitist Clothing will not produce any design containing offensive gestures, words, and/or graphics if references to a school are made. This includes, but not limited to profanity, alcohol or drug use, or other such illegal activities.
• Elitist Clothing will not produce anything which may be radically motivated or derogatory massages and/or graphics.
• Elitist Clothing reserves the right to refuse service. Questionable artwork will not be created or printed.

In matters or artwork:

Elitist Clothing specializes in custom clothing that you decorate. Your artwork belongs to your order. We do not allow others to print or reproduce your designs without your permission.
All artwork created for production at Elitist Clothing is property of Elitist Clothing.

Elitist Clothing insists that any design preview created on the website is only a guide as to what the final product will look like. While we endeavour to create the most accurate preview inevitably inaccuracies will occur.

Payment Policies

Elitist Clothing accepts online payment via credit card, direct debit or cash. All payments sent electronically will be securely transmitted through the website.

Elitist Clothing will begin processing orders immediately upon verification that payment has been received.

Shipment/Delivery Times

Elitist Clothing’s orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Elitist Clothing reserves the right to estimate this on an individual order basis as this may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Elitist Clothing will use all reasonable endeavors to make delivery/ effect completion at the time requested by the customer but if for any reason whatsoever delivery/completion shall not take place or be delayed then Elitist Clothing shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer or any other person. The customer shall not be entitled to cancel the contract as a result of delays in delivery/ completion arising out of any cause beyond Elitist Clothing’s control.

Transportation will be arranged by Elitist Clothing unless otherwise agreed.

Returns Policy

Elitist Clothing goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Elitist Clothing accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Elitist Clothing merchandise for one of the following reasons:

• The blank items themselves are materially flawed;
• The quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations.

Copyright

Where Elitist Clothing prints any logo or artwork at the request of a customer on goods ordered by the customer then, the customer shall be solely responsible for any breach of copyright or intellectual property right in the work or subject matter reproduced and will indemnify the company against all claims in respect thereof including all demands, proceeds, damages, costs, expenses and liabilities however arising in respect of infringement and/or breach.

Limit of Elitist Clothing’s Responsibility

Elitist Clothing will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to Elitist Clothing that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. Elitist Clothing is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. Elitist Clothing is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.

The information and materials contained in this Site, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided "as is", "as available". Elitist Clothing does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials on the Site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with the information and materials.

In no event will Elitist Clothing be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Elitist Clothing, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Elitist Clothing harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of Elitist Clothing’s Site and the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
